m-Router Developer Edition is intended for use by developers so that they can examine and diagnose problems in applications that use m-Router. It is expected that the reader has some prior knowledge about:

- The networking protocols used by m-Router, e.g. PPP, IP, TCP, UDP.

- How to interpret logging information in order to diagnose problems.
