my sws gave me codes for myc3,but after puting the codes the phone is still locked,telling me wrong codes.can some one tell me the problem.

I never work with box. I can read segurance code, user code but unlock never.
I was solder wire in the pci, but the same problem.
In Brazil are Gradiente phones by O&M.
