There was a problem with v 1.4, I hope its been rectified

I don't understan, o nthe offical site its say v1.4 is now available, and here SMPDA is offering v2.1 in english, I am confused????

all versions v 1.0-1.1.....1.4 don't have dis imporant feature !!
so it's up 2 u

Sadly this program doesn't work for me. It get's the log but crashes on the 2nd stage :(
