Dear friend,

I just bought a new red box but when i run the program say LG comander, Its says that BOX IS NOT CONNECTED. i have tried a lot but its still does the same! The box is NEW and i have been able to used it at all... What are the solution?? What are the solution that i should take?? Please help me up!!I am using Windows XP(no service pack).. and to my point of view windows XP SP2 does not work at all with REDBOX.. it make Illegal error!!

Computer hardware is: AMD SEPRON 2600+
Memory : 256

exchange it and take something else. look at most forum, virtually everybody has the same problem.

My redbox is dead i still cant use it! No user maeul nothing...
