I have also bought SWS-sagem the Key not found appeared plz help

If you are using the SwS Sagem box on windows xp try installing Userport in order for the computer to detect it better. If it still does not work, contact your reseller and inform them to exchange a new one, provided that you have not broken their warranty

please contact ur reseller mate..maybe ur sagmaster broken inside or have hardware fault..i think there should not be any problem occured like ur post happend..this sure have hardware fault.br
