aragorn.elessar 25th August 2005, 02:55 Its easy...
Its a clock in binary (0 and 1) numeration system.
Here you can see decimal, hex, and binary:
DEC - HEX - BIN
00 - 00 - 0000
01 - 01 - 0001
02 - 02 - 0010
03 - 03 - 0011
04 - 04 - 0100
05 - 05 - 0101
06 - 06 - 0110
07 - 07 - 0111
08 - 08 - 1000
09 - 09 - 1001
10 - 0A - 1010
11 - 0B - 1011
12 - 0C - 1100

14 - 0E - 1110
15 - 0F - 1111
;)
john74 25th August 2005, 04:26 aint working on my 3230
IoNiCbEaM 26th August 2005, 22:14 omg I guess tis will be useful for a person who programs with binary all day long, juz in case he can't read anything other than 1/0 lol

Sova 27th August 2005, 11:32 Just wanted to warn you guys about a problem with this app.
I've got a 6630 with firmware ver. 4.03.18 and when i installed this app my gprs ceased to work. After 2 days of frustration and finding out what was wrong i uninstalled this app and my gprs worked again!
I almost did a format of my phone cause of this. Never the less i don't know if this is a operator problem or phone problem but just to be on the safe side if your gprs suddenly stops wroking you know what to do :)

fidodido777 28th August 2005, 10:59 Its not working on my 6600 4.9???? any ideas........
garnet4david2001 28th August 2005, 12:34 Hmm what a strange app, u know we make everything easier but the developern turn everything like a mess hahaa
antonionokia 29th August 2005, 01:56 Cool App.
Is it possible to use this binary clock as screensaver ????
dj_ete 18th May 2006, 17:30 interesting aplication
lijoe 18th May 2006, 18:41 Interesting application, but mama could read it if she ever underwent a computer literacy programme. lol :D
xanup_p 19th May 2006, 17:16 Its really simple.... the last column reads 8 4 2 1 . Now it corresponds to HH:MM:SS...whichever one lights up...u jus have read the correspondin value...if there are 2....just add em....n it reads in the 24Hr mode.
Ask mamma if she can read it now.......lolll! *peacE*
feihii 19th May 2006, 18:23 Cool, my mama as me is this a clock? haha...
Need to think 1st b4 u confirm that is the real time >.<
Anyway....cool application for engineering ppl..
s_fathy 19th May 2006, 20:26 it is very nice
xanup_p 19th May 2006, 20:41 Lol yep Engineering is what i is doing, 8421 is an IC btw....used basically in flip-flops/counters....its simple multiplication....none of d Binary/Hexadecimal/Decimal conversion knwldge is required!!
bondmanish 5th August 2006, 21:18 coooooooooool clock
dcperez 7th August 2006, 20:17 Hihihi this is quaint :D no binary conversion is needed, no multiplication also. Just add the row with the corresponding "lit" value
First column of blocks for Hour has none lit so its 0+0=0
Second column for hour has 1 and 4 lit so its 1+0+4+0=5
Third column for Minute has 2 lit so it 0+2+0=2
Forth column for Minute has 1 and 8 lit so its 1+0+0+8=9
Fifth column for Seconds has 1 lit so its 1+0+0=1
Last column for Seconds has 2 and 4 lit so its 0+2+4+0=6
So we get 05:29:16 for the value of the picture on the first page of this thread :D
abutasnim 30th September 2006, 05:14 if my mother cudnt understand, so am i
heheh...menarik tapi tak reti nak guna jam tu...
tribesman 1st October 2006, 05:35 nice clock indeed. but it works in my 6600 for just a few seconds then it automatically closes. i wonder why.
