karwossuite is used as addon fo usfx module

- phone relocking (sld, dct4,tiku_bt2,wd2 supported)
- reading phone security code (dct4, tiku_bt2, wd2, bb5) - useless option now
- writing phone security code (dct4, tiku_bt2, wd2, bb5) - without loss of phonebook entries, or full factory resets
- extracting rpl from pm
- rebuilding warranty menu (support for uemv1 and "uemv2" phones like 6230i higher than 4.44 but it's need tests because i havent any unit for this)
- rebuilding phone production data (also useless now (hw, product code, basic product code, production s/n))
- uploading images/ringtones (still in development be patient)
- bulding dctx_ufs ini's with correct mcu ppm cnt and pp, based on variants, so it's no need now to ask "which file to flash". Just select variant and build ini
