i know this is weird, but is there an application which let's u make simple phone apps? like instead of html coding, we can use frontpage, same way. or, better yet, is there an app which shows u the coding/programming for another app?

2. You can't see the source of alrady compiled c++ programs, but you can see the code of j2me apps thru some JAVA decomplier

Most J2ME apps are going to be obfuscated even if you can get to see their source. I wouldn't bother. Start small, learn a simpler language first perhaps.
