View Full Version : which mp3 player has bass medium 28th September 2005, 02:03 guys, which mp3 player has bass function or bass amplifier for nokia s60? because s60 esp. 6680 speaker lacks bass. kinetik 28th September 2005, 02:09 I think that's hardware matter, not application. TaI 28th September 2005, 02:28 Yeah his right nokia 6680 doesn't have this function only Nseries phone has bass function in it... Br Yudo aa10 28th September 2005, 12:35 it's time to upgrade! but sad..there are limited n series phone..huhuhu vyasshekhar 28th September 2005, 21:11 My suggestion is that 6680 and 6681 users should use Viking Mp3 player 3.40. (availlable in this forum) with HDS-3 nokia original stereo headset. (HDS3 headset comes with nokia 3230 or 6610 etc). 6680 is supplied with stereo headset which i suppose is not good enough to listen good music. I have already tested this and come to this conclusion that 6680 or 81 also serves good music with loudness.. I havent tried mp3 player 2.1 .. equilizer is inbuilt in this only application..(same like winamp equilizer, used to increase and decrease bass and loudness of a song) may be it can also work. Please try this and post your results and experience... onutz 29th September 2005, 01:11 I tried that on 6680: it's not working well. vyasshekhar 29th September 2005, 21:00 I tried that on 6680: it's not working well. ok.. then you can try mp3 player 3.40 only .. i also tried this one and got the best results but by only using HDS 3 stereo handsfree... you also try with the same. medium 30th September 2005, 01:45 LINIK mp3player 3.40 http://www.iphone-forum.org/viewtopic.php?t=43656&highlight=mp3player aa10 30th September 2005, 14:15 i much prefer mp3 player man..sounds are much better than ultramp3.. shamnemesis 30th September 2005, 22:41 i heard that next year nokia would release new phone 3250 ..with great audio quality and with it's equaliser ... hopefully :) 0re0 16th November 2005, 04:17 ngage classic has bass support and an equalizer... sounds really good.....buy third party earphones like sony... it'll sound much better... kazenade 16th November 2005, 04:53 its not equalizer man..we cannot changed the treble and bass like audio player..it just packages of presets..anyway, the sounds still crazy though! 0re0 16th November 2005, 13:13 my bad... yah you can't custumize the equalizer, bass treble hz etc... you can only choose from a variety of presets like rock, pop, etc... but i dont really mind... kcube 16th November 2005, 15:03 Try using Viking MP3 Player ver 3.50 Its having equilizer and is the newest version. Its available in this forum for download... Hope this works fine. Works great on my 6600. Do let us know how it works! kcube 16th November 2005, 15:10 Also try this... mobile vault mp3 base stereo eq 2006 which has equilizer and supports stereo. the link... http://www.iphone-forum.org/viewtopic.php?t=50929 vezefq 27th November 2005, 16:21 MP3 PLAYER 3.5?? I WILL TRY IT mfurquan36 7th March 2006, 09:46 The ideal Treble and Bass is possible through Power Mp3 (any version)... believe me i can do some serious comparisons wid my friends w800i, i know you r probably swearing at me or thinking im a wierdo from mars, but indeed its tru, but i just cudnt believe my ears!!! ;) P.S: I didnt use ne bass/treble presets, i set the equalizer according to what i wanned (the bass and treble presets of any software produces a very crappy result) max414 7th March 2006, 10:04 The ideal Treble and Bass is possible through Power Mp3 (any version)... believe me i can do some serious comparisons wid my friends w800i, i know you r probably swearing at me or thinking im a wierdo from mars, but indeed its tru, but i just cudnt believe my ears!!! ;) P.S: I didnt use ne bass/treble presets, i set the equalizer according to what i wanned (the bass and treble presets of any software produces a very crappy result) could u plz share ur settings giveuday 7th March 2006, 10:30 if you ask me i would say mp3 player 3.50 is the best one for bass it has equilizer setting and it is the best aa10 7th March 2006, 11:20 hesr is the atachment for mp3 player 3.50 the software is available here http://www.iphone-forum.org/showthread.php?t=86937&highlight=mp3player why double post? read the rules before posting. mfurquan36 7th March 2006, 15:27 could u plz share ur settings Attached is the screenshot of my equalizer settings in Power MP3 V 1.0, rememeber, use the ear pads (black cusions) when listening to music, a Nokia HDS-3 headset is nothing without its black ear pads... P.S: This setting allows me to play ALL songs with adequate bass (comparable to the w800i) and for some heavenly reason the HDS-3 Headset is not AS weak as the internal built-in MP3 Player of a Nokia 6630/80/81/N70 and N90 thinks it iz, try out these settings on your Power MP3 and do tell me da results Hope this helps bolster ur musical experience... :D Mark 7th March 2006, 18:07 this topic is very old and the app to do this is posted on the forum. plz search for latest version of mp3player. topic locked.br |
