- modified patch for RH-19. now supports mcuid 0x2142

New JAF ver 1.84 beta4:

- added beeps after flash
- fixed bug with logfile when file is missing and option is enabled
- added mcuid skip option in dct4 flash. This option will permit to flash a file even jaf reports that is not supported. Read the warning before.
- fixed RUN INI bug. Files reported in settings file are missing causing JAF to crash.
- added MM format flag. This will solve formating twice causing erasing of gallery in 7280, 6230i etc.
- added busy state when wait for phone to boot.
