i am trying to unlock sharp gx30 but it does not detect it at all. i am using rj45 cable that came with it. i read that i should use serial cable but i am confused . also there is 2 connection on the box one for com1 and other for service (RJ 45) can anyone tell me what to do. i unlocked gx15 no problem. thank you
