I am a new user for redbox. I got it from iphone. I got my activation key, and I downloaded it to my folder. I am trying to unlock an NEC 525. I hooked it up with the SHARP GX30 cable, to the service cable (COM 1) on fhe redbox. I used SwS_Commander_Nec_3_4.exe and other files for the NEC but they don't communicate with the phone.
What am I doing wrong?
