I have a problem when conecting my ufs tornado to the following program.
the message that appears is as follows

"Selected Device, not Compatible with Software"

cud anyone tell me how i can solve this problem.

the detail of the program is

SE-LG-SH A1 UFS v1.8_d HWK NT by SaraSoft(Twister)

have u install the hwk chipset??????

Yes u must install Hwk module. or using Hwk trial

use this, no need hwk

I have installed it and ran the program, do i need to connect those to pins inside? like it says in the picture that came with the program

just out of curiousity, What does Hwk module actually do?

sure you have to short the 2 pin, after that your box will show hwk id then you can use the latest samsung v1.4u, LG v1.0a, KZF 1.8b...

Ok, i have the ufs device opened but the only problem is that the pcb board is slightly different to whats been shown in the picture.

i was wondering which pins i would need to connect for the following ufs box.

because you're using clone box, so you've short the pin like this...

this is old solution up to now! are there any new solution???

do these clones work same as the original ones and do the same job?

I have the same problem, everything works except the newest version of KZF. The starngest thing is that when I connect the Tiwster directly to the USB port on my laptop it doesn't work, but when I place a SUB hub in between it does work.

I am still getting the same error message, and am also getting the following error when i run DCTx

Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:50

Can anyone please shine some light on this.

hi!!! i m some problem here.
i have an ufs3 box, n i think i have make a mistake here...
n now i cant detect the device, even i use all the repairing tools ( like UFS_Maintenance_v20, Mprom 2.3, ufs3tools269 n TwisterTools v3.0) all cant detect the box device.

IS there anyone out there who can calculate the fbi file?
I am having big problems with all these error messages, it driving me crazy.
I have a cloned box, and my cuz accidently pushed the update firmware and its not working, is there anything i can do to fix it?

I have tried everything on the forum but no luck

I also noticed that when i run other programs such as

UFS_RTP
UFS_SAMs

Finnaly got it to work thanks for all your help.

the best way that i found was to use window 98, to repair the ufs tornado.

I tried this and got it working stranght away by follwing the steps in the previous posts.

i finally got hold of those tools, very usefull i must say.... saves alot of time and money for the same result, one love to those mentioned the some of the names of these tools, abit of searching goes a long way....

The solution was for me, using HWk_tool to upgrade and repair this problem.
