you just have to format it mate,you can use this code to format it,the code is *#7370#,your lock code 12345,if ur lock code this number and the phone will restart automatic and hold the pen key,hope it works, br :wink:

I've done so but the the phone display always that message

why dont you try this,fist,switch off your phone,then hold call key + * key+3 key,then,switch on the phone back,this step will formatting your phone,hope its work :)

I think it's the same.I've about renaming something in the files system to detect the problem

I think you have installed apps that causing that problem..you need to uninstall that app..or try to delete the firstboot.dat you will find it at C:\system\bootdata\ then restart your phone...hope it helps! :wink:
