any time i want to unlock or flash with blazer always showing new version dectected asked for update.what does that mean and what do i do to stop such problems

What phone you're trying to unlock?and what version of Blazer you're using?please reply so that i can give some some ideas and help you with your problem.

when unlocking lg 1300 and other lg phones especially lower version. i am using version 7.8. do i need to still uninstall the old version to work better?

nope!you can use any version of blazer software but i would prefer using 7.7 co'z 7.8 has many bugs.if the software said "new version dectected ask for update" you can flash the phone by downgrading or you can read the whole flash then send it to blazer team so that they'll release another version of blazer software that can directly unlock your phone.

Almost all?have you tried using lower version of blazer softwares?try it first then if you still encounter that problem then probably the phones that you received from your customers have all the highest software versions.the only thing you need to do is to downgrade them and unlock it.
