Hello. I made some themes for my N90 and wanna share with you :)

Copyright note: graphics in "Alias 1" theme belongs to "Alias - Design in motion" design studio.

Graphics in "Waves" theme belongs to "WebMotiva" design studio.

For those of you who have previous S60 smartphones (6680, 7610 etc) I can upload graphics used in themes, so you can made them by yourself with Nokia Theme Studio 1st version. Or ask somebody to do that. But don't ask me :) I don't have 1st theme studio and have expensive traffic so I am not able to download it.

Fantastic themes! Looks great on my n90! Especially the car themes, they turn out real sharp on the screen. Great effort!

Just wanted to add the first theme the bluebackground was a little to dark against the black words for contrast, but still nevertheless a great theme!

I know that, but there is one little problem: if I make text white, text on window when somebody is calling you (or when you calls somebody) will be white too. And the background of this window is white, so you won't see whos calling you. Editing the background is very hard. So, enjoy black text :)

Maybe one more "Waves" style theme tommorow.

"Waves 2" theme is ready. Will upload it tommorow due to it's size is big because of 24 bit color (it looks bad in 16bit) and my traffic at this time is expensive. It looks really amazing and seductive. Also one more "textile" theme is ready. It's very good too.

Timewriter, when you make themes for Nokia N70 and Nokia N90, is it possible to change the default 3D icons or do they remain the same and are completely unchangeable? All of your themes have default 3D icons. No way to change?

It's so hard to change the icon with theme studio 2.0 bcoz it's lag and hang my pc a lot...it will take time to make...timewriter experience it too u know :wink:

1.5 GB of RAM solves any lags ;-)

But the reasons due to I don't change icons are others:

1. Default N90/N70 icons are very beatiful and well designed. And I'm not such a good designer to make icons better than Nokia's.
2. N90 icons have high resolution (instead of low res N70) and it is very hard to find good ready icons. But if you have one ready to use icon set, you can give me a link there or by ICQ 94-777-505

timewriter, sorry mate, I have no 3D icons better than the original ones from Nokia to boast with… :cry: Notwithstanding the aforementioned, I hope you will create more and more good-looking themes soon for Nokia N70 and N90, as your skilful craftsmanship gets better and better with every step performed, with every theme designed… :) :wink:

The themes look great on my N90... KEEP IT UP.

BTW: theme studio 2.0 runs slow for me too.. and I only have 512mb ram! :p

These themes are amazing and look crisp on the N90. I am experiencing low RAM whenever I install any new high res theme in my N90. Upon startup, I get only 15Mb RAM as opposed to 28Mb when using non N90-specific themes. Keep up the great work! I love them.

but this has caused a small problem with date on the analogue clock because the clock face is white and the text of the date is also white.....
this makes the date impossible to see!

Hi. It's only two ways to fix this problem:

I don't think so. Bigger themes uses more RAM but don't slow phone noticeably.

hi timewriter and thanks for your really hard work bkz serise 60 theme studio 2.0 i sucks slow speed ! i have athlon 64 3500+ nForce 4 Ultra and 1 GB RAM Geil but never slow in any way ! but in this **** software why nokia created this software in java ? java can't be run fasly and ....

i created a theme but i replace clock line again with the army theme but

this problem is because the text in the menu etc is white. this means the date in the analogue clock is also white. you cant change the colour of the date without changing the colour of the rest of the text.

making a good round clock (requires transparancy) with a different background is too difficult. Square clocks (no transparancy) look horrible.

First of all thaks for shvua for uploading my Rainbowish theme when I was unable to upload it myself. And meet Coldfusion Remixed. New white grid highlights, new stylish list highlights, new popups windows, new calendar background. Date on the analog clock is visible now.

Hello, it's me again :) One more theme. One year ago I used Apple MacOS X Aqua theme on 7610, so now it's back for N90/N70 :)

This one is NOT new theme. It is a previous "Rainbowish" theme, but with fix that able you to see selected day in calendar. Selected day on previous version of "Rainbowish" was white on white.

it's possible change icon-selectors on aqua theme? i like too much this theme but i prefer the round square selector that there's in the official nokia theme and not selectors on this theme that have only a litte white border.
