New JAF ver 1.87 beta4

- added dialog warning for bb5 fbus and usb flashing. It will warn you about downgrade the phone.
- patch for 3100 corrected to support mcuid 2142
- dct3 write fls bug corrected. Selection of address is possible.
- improved jaf user interface and increased size of status.
- improved fbus communication in bb5 and dct4
- corrected other small reported bugs.
