can i change ngage LCD with QD LCD or 6600 LCD

don´t know if it can be done but it would be a dangerous process. i wouldn´t advise you to try doing it yourself to prevent permanent damage on the phone.

no man.. i dun do that by my self... if it can.. i will go to nokia centre or others to change it.. my n-gage is suck.. i dun know why.. the led ain't bright as QD or 6600 ( watch movie with smart movie)... but i need to know ... if it can ......

You can't do that. LCD control wires are different in those display elements.

i saw my friend's n-gage classic and it was as bright as 6600 and QD.. i wonder if i can do the same thing that he did. im sure there must be way to do that.....

why don't you ask him how he did that because i'd like to know too like anyone else does...

The difference is in the firmware. Check ur firmware version by *#0000#.
The latest, brightest (and best) firmware for the n-gage QD is v4.15.
Mine runs 4.10 and sux bigtime. Guess its time to visit the service center.
