on the 20th OCT 2005 mizar come to my ICQ and tell me if i buy 200pcs cruiser card today he will offer me euro 90 each and if u buy 100pcs he will offer me euro120 (NORMAL PRICE IS EURO 150 AND I STILL HAVE 150PCS STOCK IN HAND )so i still decide to by 200pcs cruiser card and make payment on (25th oct 2005) and after 11days (6th NOV 2005) he dropped the cruiser price at euro 79 each to end user look at the attached wire transfer money slip

NOTE: Lead and MIZAR I try post in gsm forum u keep remove and close topic i bet u have no way to close the topic now so let the world know u this cheater and no one get cheated by your team again ( chick if you did nothing wrong why close topic and delete my post and attached file )

i heard that they gave all their distributors a notice about prices being dropped in advance. as you were one of the distributors i would have thought they would have told you, werent you warned mart?

Damn cheater!! He is really a chicken when they do close the thread. They have to protect him lol. It happend once maybe they will get caught next time.

having seen all info ,attachment and post can only say yes mizar big robber and cheat ! Underhand business and downright disreputable conduct . 1. First of all, Stallone1's slip was deleted from our forum because it was breaking forum rules about not posting any personal information.

2. I sold to Stallone1 200pcs for 90 EUR not planning to decrease price. And you could choose to buy 200 or less.

3. You started selling our competitive product, under YOUR production for 50 USD less than Cruiser and thereby killing our SW sales.

4. There was a lot of competitive products for lower price therefore we decreased price.

5. After price decrease I-Phone Stallone1 have received following offers:

- Immediately shipping 150 brand new Cruisers to him for FREE, answer = NOT ACCEPT

- Immediately return of all money for his not sold stock, answer = NOT ACCEPT

6. After these offers he started blackmailing us. If we will not send him 313 pcs of new Cruisers, he will start massmailing and posting to forum that we are cheaters..

- 313 pcs for free ? No way..

7. We paid for lifetime support site hosting 2000 EUR. It worked 9 months, every month with problems - users couldn't load it because of bad DNS settings, mails wasn't working for 1 month and half (thereby we was losing money) and Stallone1 was nervous everytime I asked for a help.

His words "F**K away from my server" confirm that all. For 2000 EUR I can have full server for at least 1 year somewhere else !!!! - agreement broken.

8. Stallone1 started selling Cruisers for 19 USD and thereby broke another agreement - our distributor <-> producer

9. Stallone1 started massmailing our customers with that crazy offer - I have friends who received from him those mails.

10. Now back to history. Our cooperation with Stallone1 started by paying him 5000 USD for "compensation of GSMTech".. He didn't give us even 1 communication log evidence that he really payd for cruiser and didn't get them. Just a slip that could be for anything.

= 5000 USD at start just for cooperation = loss from our side

11. At first price decrease in February Stallone1 received his dongles for much lower price to compensate his decrease of expected profit and also his resellers. According to discussion with some of his resellers, he didn't compensate anything. And now asking me for 313 cruisers as for HIS RESELLERS? Would he give it to them?

= compensation of decrease of his expected profit = another loss from our side

12. Cables problem. We ordered once 200pcs and received only some 150. Package was perfectly closed and sticked, and Stallone1 ofcourse blame us and FedEx that we/they lost it. The package was that full that nobody could add there anything, nor 50 cables...

That's all what I will say here.

Cruiser is not to be stopped with support and is preparing a lot of new things. Stallone1 himself agreed not to cooperate with us by CHEATING us.

Now he tries to make image of POOR guy after some time. So all, make your decision.

It is absolutely not disputable who is blackmailer here. At the start of cooperation when you asked 5000 USD you used similar dirty techniques. Check your ICQ history.
You can't even think that any of my offer is still valid. With every not accepted offer after you was doing dirty steps you received worse one.
