as I connect the 6230 to the Alpha Black Box and click on flash after selecting prper flash files it gaves me the following result.

1st Boot Ok, TIKU, UPP: 1052
2nd Boot Error: 6
Platform: 5, Error Data:
E3 72 72 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

is this a hardware fault? if so where should I look for?

this might be hardware fault because the following above maybe hardware/microchip broken and damaged inside..im also not sure..i suggest u to check ur box into ur hardware's shop or reseller for more info about it..

thanks, but box is working properly with all other models. this fault occurs to this phone only.

can you tell me to do something to phone to overcome this problem?

@lasantha_mahesh..i suggest u to repair ur box to ensure it working fine on ur hardware shop in Sri Lanka if there any...
