my blue tooth dongle is working perfectly but i donot have a bluetooth icon in my control panel

i am using windows xp sp2
bluesoliel software (1.6)
nokia pc suite 6.6

IS my blue tooth not compatible with windows drivers information database
do i have to update the native drivers for windows xp if so from where i can get those driver for my blue tooth dongel (class 1 blue tooth )
