Update your box to latest version using MT box update tool v3.5
Copy from c:\wintesla all files to c:\programfiles\nokia\phoenix\products
Uninstall previous version of MTB NK software and install latest one 1.22

Dear all, please help. I've use the adapter of mtbox nk and when i press the phoneinfo bottom it always shown "Phone is in: Phone is not responding, power on phone!". It show every phone, i've connected (even a good condition). I heard that we must not use the same usb port with other box or cable. and i have already uninstall every box from that usb port. it still coming out with the message like above. How can I do? please help me.

May be it's my fault! I will try to check it as fast as I can thank you for your kindness to me. but why in the manual they did not say anything about this or I missed to read it. hopefully no onelse do the mistake like me. I'm not sure I can repair it or not. feel bad now.
