I have an N90 and an N70. Since I don't want to pay someone to upgrade the firmware in both phone - I'm considering buying whatever I need to upgrade the firmware's myself (providing its affordable)

I guess over time it would be the better investment.

What is the best solution for this? I'm a noob with cell phone firmwares, so help would be appreciated.

for nokia i think now the best is J.A.F

for simbian there are 2 boxes that can flash phone corectly
MT-box and JAF
you choose wichone to use

for USB flashing : dont use it !!!!
it is more unstable way for flashing wd2 and bb5 phones
and easiest way for killing them

cos other box not stable like UFSx with HWK (i'm using this now)
