after i formatted my pc i can't send from my pc to my mobile anything but just recieving from the mobile and when i try to send something from the pc to the mobile it give the message: ( The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond.

If you sent the file to another Windows XP computer, that computer must be running the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. If you sent the file to a Bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed).

Are u using widcomm or bluesoliel? I got the same prob with widcomm a little time ago, go to the bluetooth icon near the date/time at the taskbar, click on bluetooth wizard setup and select the first option, then select all the service, press next and next then press skip. Hopes it works

since u formatted ur pc, u need to reinstall the bluetooth drivers and then as yaminsuzuk said u need to set up a connection between ur pc and ur phone again... br..
