i am using smart answer v2.04 on ngage qd
the problem is that insted of recording from the incomming call it records on the phone microphone
the incomming caller hears theat the phone is kept on hold not the gretting

please help

i have similar problem with nokia 3230. but with my handset, the appz says that it is switched on but fails to give the greetings and record an incoming call. pls help.

Probably it is not compatible with 3230. Try IVCM instead...
