.app files are the launch files of apps and games. you can see them using a file explorer. normally when those files come with games or apps posted here they are patches to fix certain bugs of the apps or to make them work with some phones. just transfer that file to your phone then using a file explorer copy and paste the file to the directory that in this case the game is posted.
