Remind Me signals for missed calls, voice mail or unread SMS. There is a possibility to choose Alert Tone and Volume for each of them. You can select the Profiles in which Remind Me will be active, so when you are having an important meeting it won’t be a problem. It doesn't sound an alarm during a phone call.

Remind Me is fully compatible with Talks.

I've tried many diff remind apps found in this forum but none of them work.
