benjiro_isozaki 12th February 2006, 09:56 thank you for that app, that will help..
aa10 12th February 2006, 12:38 Very very nice.. will try it though.. but i prefer the changing option to notes.. =)
benjiro_isozaki 12th February 2006, 16:32 yeah, changing the option to notes is easier and saving the memory than install another apps like .NFO Viewer..
daonlychiggi 12th February 2006, 17:17 or if ur using an app which doesn't have the open with thingy and u dont want to use that app posted above, simply rename it to .txt, this also applies to ur PC
jazzyB 14th February 2006, 09:25 daonlychiggi,
i totally agree with u.
i have been opening the .nfo file in notepad on pc even without changing extension to .txt, by just dragging and dropping it into notepad.
on a symbian u don't need to install another app to view .nfo file. just rename it to .txt. if u r too lazy to rename it then just view the .nfo in the inbuilt text/hex viewer of FExplorer. remember to set the viewer to text mode.
benjiro_isozaki 14th February 2006, 13:43 by the way, if u send the .nfo file to ur phone, so the file will be in .nfo, so we need to rename it again using file manager,, but yes, .nfo file cant be open from inbox.. so the file must be search first!
jazzyB 14th February 2006, 15:07 by the way, if u send the .nfo file to ur phone, so the file will be in .nfo, so we need to rename it again using file manager,, but yes, .nfo file cant be open from inbox.. so the file must be search first!
no need to rename nfo file in fexplorer 1.15. U just copy the nfo to a location and view it using the inbuilt text/hex viewer of fexplorer. No need to search coz in fexplorer u can access all the mailbox files directly from mailbox shown on the homescreen of fexplorer.
benjiro_isozaki 14th February 2006, 15:12 yes i know what u mean,, but i mean, the exactly what we need first is Filemanager,, fileman or fexplorer right??!! peace man..
jazzyB 14th February 2006, 16:29 Yes benjiro, if u r just an ordinary user then i feel an explorer like Fexplorer is the best one to go for. The default one supplied with nokia phones sucks, it is not a complete file manager. If u r an advance user, go for system explorer from Justek.
And i m sorry if i was too harsh, i need to learn how to behave.
benjiro_isozaki 15th February 2006, 15:53 yeah it's okay.. everybody have different comments.. peace..
SAMET04106 20th July 2007, 13:56 I got archieve this :D
