wl 15th February 2006, 20:45 listen, here the possible solution of this problem (not tested yet):
1) Before first start The One and/or Glimmerati make backup to MMC card.
2) play the games
3) after exit restore backup (is it possible to restore from mmc?)
4) continue steps 2 and 3 until u delete this games from ur mmc
-
can anyone test it?
cyberekin 16th February 2006, 03:24 yea... thats what i m doing for now... but have to be sure ur contact and ur calendar are not updated before you restore the backup.. or ur updated contact/calendar will be lost...sigh....
henryee 16th February 2006, 06:56 Same with the games like Mike High Pinball & One.
I had this problem before, but a deep reset will solve the problem.

I've made a bckup before installing these games and after a two-week playing(until I realised that I really NEED the BT :D ) i've bckupped the save files, restored the bckup, restored the save files and it's working flawlessly
sham_jaz 21st February 2006, 08:58 it's definitely greatest new for n70 users to run this wonderful game but it's the baddest news to recieve problem regarding bluetooth but it such a useful info :)

skulkrasha 4th March 2006, 16:26 ARGHHH!! HELP!! i installed ONE and colourfix without knowing there was a bug and now my phone cant find any other bt devices. :( Removing btregistry.dat does not help either
Mambolino 6th March 2006, 11:41 Hi !!! I got the same problem. Shall we delete both Libs Folder on MMC Card and Phone Memory ?
Mambolino 7th March 2006, 11:20 I've tried, it's not working on my N70. I've deleted both MMC/Phone Mem Libs and the Btreg file...
Mambolino 8th March 2006, 11:15 No one can help ?
dimfusion 14th March 2006, 12:56 Try hidden your BT, and then unhide again...
Karon 18th March 2006, 14:19 hey, dude,ROOTS Gates of CHAOS also lead BT promblem on N70......
eXecutione 19th March 2006, 15:27 man, I have a 6630 but the same issue with BT... I can recive date from another phone, but my mobile can't find and other devices. Any clue?
xtomikk 19th March 2006, 22:44 solution: return your phone to factory settings (menu-->settings)
Mambolino 20th March 2006, 12:07 Doesn't it clear the data ? (Contacts, sms etc...)
dimfusion 20th March 2006, 21:16 u can backup ur contact by selecting all contacts and send to memory card. After resetting, open contact and select restore contact from mmc. About sms, if u already put the storage as mmc, then, format the phone won't lose ur sms. But if ur sms storage is phone memory, u can try copying c:\system\mail to e:\system\mail.
stupidcupid 20th March 2006, 21:50 thx buddy...lets keep doing the good work..!!
dimfusion 21st March 2006, 06:21 thx buddy...lets keep doing the good work..!!
You're always welcome...
Mambolino 21st March 2006, 12:30 The solution from Xtomikk works !!! THX. But when Glimmerati is restarted, the problem comes again.
raphael 26th March 2006, 16:15 here's a solution that should work..
1. Use APPMAN (application manager) to kill: "btmanserver" and "BTServer"
2. Then using the FEexplorer delete: btregistry.dat in C:\System\Data
Remember deleting btregistry.dat, would be impossible without closing bluetooth processes (1)... after all of that correct file would be automaticlly restored by your phone...
looikf 27th March 2006, 18:07 Thanks For Your Inflo.....................
Mambolino 27th March 2006, 18:15 I see the problem. BTServer refuses to close on my N70... I've tried with Fexplorer and Appman. No way to close it !!!
skulkrasha 28th March 2006, 12:15 Dont even bother closing it. Deleting btregistry.dat wont help solve the problem. Just backup up all your essential files on the mmc card then restore factory default.
riksta 12th April 2006, 03:52 u can backup ur contact by selecting all contacts and send to memory card. After resetting, open contact and select restore contact from mmc. thanks man solution def works.
riolatino 12th April 2006, 06:05 So the solution is to back up and formate the phone. Topic Locked. Br.
