I have downloaded the Diags_V20.rar and have done the activation process sucessfully.

but now it shows my ABB SN as 50826 when I connect the V1.4b.

when connect it with V1.3b it shows the followin error.

Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: S/N NOT VALID, CONTACT DEALER 0

Unexpected Exception : Box_ERROR: 1020

what should i do tho have my own SN back.
