i havent found eng-eng in this forum.

eng-eng flashcards - you're looking for English language teaching tools or something that specifically teaches you words and their meanings, like from a dictionary?

If its the latter case I recommend using MsDict and grabbing one of the English dictionary variants available on this forum. The word a day function in MsDict is great for learning new stuff.

But if its still just flashcards you want, I've heard of a Java-based app that I've not personally tried. I think its freeware >.>
