i have a serious prob whit my 7650`s bt...

my problem is when i try to go into the bluetooth "program" on my phone it shows me a message:"bluetooth!system error"
also when i type *#2808# it shows me nothing..i tryed to restart my phone and everything...but it wont help...can anyone help me...
