My HWK was installed by www.gsm-support.net and I have problems in trying to boot any of these brand: LG and SHARP.

To unlock these phones, they must be booted before going further to unlock function. I have the cable sent together with the NBOX after installation of HWK. I tried all possible options but still LG and SHARP could not be booted.

Please any expert can share his/her experiences how to solve this boot problem.

I think there could be problem with your cables. Check the cables. That was my problem too.

Yes the cable I ordered from www.gsm-support.net were faulty.

New cable set from www.i-phone.org, solved the problem
