The Vikings are attacking! Justforkix, the fearful nephew of Vitalstatistix has been kidnapped during the fight. The desperate chieftain has asked Asterix to retrieve him. He will face the dangers of the Northern territories and fights the fearless Vikings warriors. Through 12 stages and 3 different Worlds, avoid traps and punch the Vikings to rescue the poor Justforkix.

The aim of the game is to overcome the obstacles through the 12 platform levels while collecting various bonuses: skull, Vikings, flasks of potion, etc. The player has 3 lives at the start of the game and you can win lives with the hearts and Asterix heads. Use the ""flask"" icon to make Asterix invincible for 3 seconds; the hero will then move more quickly and no obstacle will stop him. Discover hidden bonuses by breaking certain objects.
The skulls. Each skull is worth 1 point. This is the most common bonus found in the levels.
The bags of sesterces. Each bag is worth 10 points. They can be hidden in objects.
The heart. Restores 1 life point to the player (added to the life points bar).
The flask of magic potion. Provides the strength required to make the player invincible for 3 seconds. Its effect does not restore any life points which the player may have lost.
The ""one up"" (extra life). A rare bonus, generally difficult to obtain. This is worth 50 points.
The golden sickle. This bonus, which is not available in the levels, is unlocked in the score table when the player has found the total number of bonuses of a level.
The Vikings. Knocking a Viking out counts as 20 points. Warning: the helmet doesn't appear in the game, only in the score table.

I respect your decision but not all the games s40v3 I work with the games s60v3 9.1... me to possess both a s40v3 and a s60v3 9.1 and only the 60% of the games work... because they have different system modules s40v3 and s60v3.. particularly with the system java.

Then this and the section s40 is independent from the section s60v3 therefore a repost cannot be considered.
otherwise not us need to exist the section s40 game and as when a 176x208 s60v3 been set and it also works with 6630 therefore he cannot be posted in the section s60... because already inserted in S60v3..

I suggest we should close this thread itself, because all the games which have been posted here, were already posted in other threads.
I believed that this thread is exclusively for s40v3 ( 6270,6280,6233 etc ) phones only, so instead of people searching for the games which can work on their phone in different thread, they can get all the games in one thread only.

And if its not allowed, then we should not post any games at all. Let everybody search all the threads, download all the games and check them and see which of them is working.

I didnt go and check all the threads, I might have downloaded games from other source and as they are pertaining to s40v3 games (and working), I posted here, as this thread is for those games only.

For eg harry potter - order of the pheonix, there are 2 different 240X320 games, one with 2d graphics and second with isometric 3d. At first attempt only first version worked and not second, so I posted first only, but from this thread only I found the working 3d version.

Hope you'll understand and appreciate the efforts

just drag everything (the jad and jar files) to you designated games folder using your nokia suite file manager. you need both files in order for this to run. oh this also needs renaming, just takeout the .zip file name

Agreed, but it was suggested by the MODs that if the file is of the same size and with same screen resolution and working on either of the s40v3 phones, then only the original link to be provided despite any of the game threads or different phone versions and not the whole file to be attached again.

There is no problem with the sound. There are two exercises that doesnt work on my 6280, the "Reaction" and "Observation", but still great game.

As predicted by the their last leader, Hooveus, a chosen one will one day arrive, who will liberate them from the shackles of the Hoovietron and they will finally find a purpose for their bouncing. Only the Chosen One will know that the only way to awaken the Hoovies from their apathy is to meld their colorful manifestations. The accumulated energy will allow them to regain consciousness and escape the shackles of the Hoovietron.

The Game
As the Chosen One, in order to fulfill your destiny, you will have to use the bellows found in the laboratory. With it, you will be able to pull a Hoovie of a given color toward you and then shoot it into another Hoovie of the same color. However, this task will not be easy. The Hoovietron will defend itself every step of the way. But the manifestations of already freed Hoovies will be on your side.

In Asteroids, you command one lone star-fighter right smack in the middle of an endless sea of floating space rocks. Initial waves begin with small numbers of large space rocks, increasing as you clear through levels. Shooting those rocks only creates more, smaller, harder-to-destroy rocks. (Kind of wish maybe you should’ve laid off that fire button, huh?) Soon, there is a swarm of small asteroids flying everywhere itching to slam into your ship. Making matters worse, there are also alien space ships flying in from time to time trying to tag you.

That chaotic game play remains intact in this new version but what changes is simply the way you view the action. Like Centipede, Asteroids has received a number of new themes to give it not only a modern look, but also add some fresh mechanics. That’s not to say that the classic version has been abandoned, because it still is present, but for those who want a little more, there is a Modern, Techno and Virus skins available.

Along with these new views, a Power-up mode is also included that allows you to play the game with special weapons such as laser targeting, homing missiles and bouncing shots. Don’t think of this as cheating however because in this mode, all you get is one ship to get the high score and you’ll need to collect energy to stay afloat. The only other difference in game play comes in the Virus theme. Instead of asteroids blasting you out of the sky, a virus attaches itself to your ship and drains its energy. To detach them, you need to hyperspace out and be able to shoot at them. This is cool.

The Subway, Underground, Tube, Metro... whatever you want to call it, you drive it! Go from stop to stop on your line and make sure you reach the next station before the allowed time expires or you'll be penalized - but don't go too fast or you'll forget the people!

There is a set time during which you must get to the next station on the line, but it's not enough to just breeze by, sticking to the schedule is the key. The closest you get to the scheduled time the better, since arriving too early is just as bad as arriving too late.

What's more, you can't forget about the people, they're the reason you're even down here. Each person safely transported to their station of destination yields a bonus. At the end of the line your driving is summarized. You get bonuses for staying on schedule and for every safely transported passanger, and you get penalties for the opposite.

In between shifts you can customize your train. Make enough money and you'll be able to buy a plane ticket to move to another city... to make even more money.
