Hi, you can use all the games for the 6280 both for your 6288 (it's the same phone!).
You can simply put the .jar file in your phone... in the memory card for example...

The forum dosent support jar files "Attach Files
Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png rar torrent txt zip"
so the only way to post files is or to remane it to zip,rar or to compress them in zip or rar files.So is easy to understand to try forst with winrar (witch is good for allmost compressions) then if u get error just renme them in .jar.

it simply means that you don’t have any software installed in your system which can handle .RAR files.. download and install WINRAR from this link and then do what Helen have suggested earlier hxxp://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar37b8.exe

when you download them it should come up as save as and down the screen is the name of what you downloaded after wat ever is riten ther just ad .jar and it will get downloaded as a jar file you can put in your phone

as somebody's already stated in the last few pages, this is a nokia thread . . . i doubt very much if anybody will be bothered to upload a load of what is, essentially, a fairly useless file.

you may as well create them yourself . . . from what i know, jad's should be the same filename as the jar they're opening.

open up notepad and use the following info for each jar file (making sure to change the info accordingly):

MIDlet-Jar-URL: gamename.jar
MIDlet-Jar-Size: xxxxx
MIDlet-Name: full title of game name
MIDlet-Version: 1.00
MIDlet-Vendor: Vendor Name

size should be in bytes and version i don't think really matters. close the file, saving the text file as the a jad file.

there's more too it, just hunt around on getjar dot com to see how they vary.

Just unzip attached archive in a folder and run "JADMaker.exe" once running make sure "Enable Explorer Context-Menu extension" is ticked now you can right click any .JAR file and select "Creat JAD File" from the context-menu to create its required JAD file..

when you are asked to "rename the file to .JAR from .ZIP or .RAR" it means that you ONLY need to rename the complete file that you downloaded to .JAR and then transfer it to your device...

nope.. still running very slow during ingame. I tried it with my Nokia 6131 and a SE K800i. i Think my phone has problems playing 3D games. i notice quite often that i only have a few frames when playing 3D java games. Is there a 2D-Version of Worms 2007 available?

Well yeah the golden rule to remember is that when ever you see multiple files other then .JAR inside a .ZIP or .RAR you need not to extract those files just rename the file to .JAR and transfer it to your device...

Then my phone says, onsafety file.In the downloadscreen put .jar behind te name (and you can also rename the file, and put then .jar behind your chosen name. Example nokia game.jar.zip or nokia game.zip to nokiaGame.jar)

Pay attention on a package of more games, don't rename that package to .jar. Download it in a zip/rar. UnRar the files to get the .jar files.
The file that you put on your fone must be a .jar file
Use the Nokia Suite...

If it still dont work, then I think that it is a problem of your fone.

Now NFS works without media player, i just transfer game to phone memory and then to memory card. Also with this firmware java runs faster. Nice job nokia ;-)
