Dear Moderator, I had a dual post so i thought of posting another issue. Kindly forgive me and arrange as per new title.
Whenver i have formatted my phone(phone memory), i have come this error. Now the only solution i have found is to restore a previous back up for the phone memory-which i dont want to do. Now what i want is to access the memory card after the phone starts. However i simply get an error 'App arc server thead error' and the phone restarts after pressing ok.
Does any one Have a good solution for this
By the way i am talking about my Nokia 6600
Thanks

Here the problem is that if i hard format(Soft format does not serve the pupose) or flash the phone, the phone memory would be wiped away. Also you must be aware that if you install a software in the memory card, some component of it is installed in the phone memory.
Thats why if i put and empty MMC, no problem occurs.
The lost component(in phone memory) of the software installed in the memory card created the blunder and what i wanted is some tip or work around to format the mobile and yet get away with the error. Flashing doesnt help here.
Also as per the main topic, I did all this to make the Video tone software work. It did work with a empty memory card and formatted phone. But with all the other sofware installed it doesn't. Infact the Video tone ringtone doesnt appear in pofiles/ringtone menu.
Does any one have a solution ?

Are you saying that Smart cam pro will do the job what Video tones normally does ? I can't sacrifice all the other softwares on my 1GB MMC(There are more than 100 softwares on the MMC) just for videotone, but since i am interested in it, i thought of asking for help

Thanks very much my friend. Its smart com pro which works well and has much more. I Know that 1GB sounds too much but still its not enough for me. The phone will still have to carry the burden though. Only thing is that the MMC access time increases with more memory.
