i have IVCM ACM BLACKBELLER BLACK LISTER
but the prob i face in the above four softwares is that i need a software which gives a NOT RESPONDING responce to the caller....
all of these softwares gives a BUSY RESPONSE not the phone off message.

Hey,

What do you mean non-responding response? If you don't want the caller to hear a busy tone but instead no-response tone you can still use IVCM. One type of action is silence. You can assign a silent tone to a group of callers. You won't hear them and they will hear no-response tone.

If you want some special kind of message played you can also use IVCM. Some voice messages have been posted in this forum like "The number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable", etc. You can record your own and do it.
