I just wanted to know is there any symbian emulator?

So that i can test all the softwares and themes before we actually install it on our cellphones..

Please let me know...

Download Software Development Kit SDK from Nokia
There is a symbian emulator included
themes work fine, but some software may be not run.

pc can preview only java files. sis files cannot run on pc´s yet. this has been asked before.
