herad bout these gr8 series 40 phones and looking at them changed my concept of s40 platform forever....
pls someone guide me(and others interested) bout the third party application compatibility and if there are any applications that someone knows are already out and running on these phones...????
help is apprieciated...!!!

well in general s40 support for 3rd party apps is pretty lacking as only java is supported . More recently this has improved as maximum file size allowed on phone has increased (my old 7250 had max of 63kb !) but still not as varied as symbian or windows smartphone... Thread moved to nokia s40 from symbian apps.

these new s40 phones due to their improved java technlogy and higher resolution display use only s40 v3 java files. there are some posted in this section. check them out.

najibra m8 as has been said by mark just look around this forum's section and you will find many games and a few apps for your phone...
