I bought a GTS BOX over a week ago & i've contacted Griffin & i-phone for support on how to install it.......no replies....

I have a brand new GTS BOX sat here gathering dust & if it can't be installed it's no use to me? There is no information on the website, on the GTS BOX website & no info on returns??

Anyone got any info on this box as i'm losing patience very quickly..

for your information if you already have install griffinbox software and ufs saras soft then you no need to install the sw already just connect the box and use

if your computer not install at all then what you do is

1.download the n-box saras soft and install the n-box installer 2.6 or ufs suite 2.02
2.then install griffin installer v1.3
for LPT port is for use with griffinbox and for USB is works for Unibox and sarassoft box

Thankyou for the information, it's been very helpful.

However, i've installed the software (already have a UFS Tornado so just installed the griffin) & there doesn't seem to be a button to operate the box itself?

I have loads of shortcuts etc.. but how do you operate the griffin to open its software?

Any help appreciated.

for griffin u have to install the griffin installer v1.3 which on suport area

you can create your own shortcut if you need

and this box dosent have the own installer or software

which this is 3 in 1 box to make easy for you to works on it

only u need one device on your table to works..

Same as ufs tornado just click on the Nokia link to open the software, this is what i can't find, i'm gonna throw it out of the window.. i'd send it back but the i-phone network don't reply to any e-mails so i'm stuck with a box that i can't use & all the money i have spent is wasted..

for griffin you need to connect the lpt cable from your pc to the box then with the power supply from your computer usb. make sure your pc bios setting is in ECP or EPP mode (Best setting)

for the griffin main software you can run the software at c:program files/nokia/phoenix



For UFS SarasSoft when u connect the usb does it show on device manager ufsbox connected ?

THANKYOU MicrostarGSM, It seems it was installed but I didn't know the griffin shortcut was in my nokia/phoenix folder.... I assumed it would all be unpacked & in the folder on my desktop with crd etc...

It just booted & the soft is on now so HOPEFULLY i'm in business!!
