MT box with sonyericsson i write eprom + mcu + decustomize file ok,but can i write ppm file error % 3 or 5 ,what this problem ??? i to pull up this two ic nand256 and M36 ic,and agian put on perfectly,this problem is continue !!!

You need to repair this phone or just want to decustomize it?
If want to change language and decustomize the phone just flash all in one file to phone, thats all.
