Galaxy s3 battery problem help plz

I have some huge difficulties to charge my GS3. For exemple when I plug it before going to sleep, in the morning there is only 50%. Sometimes I plug it and its dropping the power even it's plugged in got the new battery as well bt still the problem insist
But when charge it with pc works fine

Does anybody experienced this? What can I do?

I have a Motorola XT300 for a while and I still like it but the only problem is the firmware is only up to 2.1 and Motorola is not providing any further updates at all.

can someone post the best and the fastest version of ppsspp ??
and can it run heavy games cause i downloaded God of war chain of olympus but it is very slow and show fps not exceed 10 mostly 5-10 fps
makes the game unplayable
or this is a hardware problem
