Here a save file to make tales of phantasia (gba) for vBag work on your phone..

Just download the files. Unzip it. Copy and paste it on your vampent/gbaroms

Play the game by resuming from the save file. The game will load from outside the town.. Use a walkthrough if you're lost. Anyway it was just the start of the story.. I only went outside to save the game.
