Is ipmart cheating me?

Hello,
I am a first time buyer and i was wondering if u guys are scamming me...I bought a Hua Tai P28 PDA Phone With OS5.0 & Bluetooth Function (English interface, 220 volt 2 flat pin charger) from you guys and two things have happend inorder to believe that u guys are scamming me.

1. My bank calls me up to tell me if i have made an order with Ipmart? (because they say :" looks suspicious": )...

2. The tracking number you have given me is not valid in FEDEX?..Why is that?



CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON HERE??
