I have tried several times to install my usb cable for sim card and to no avail. I plugged in my USB Data Cable into my computer and all it says on the screen is FOUND NEW HARDWARE" ALSO " YOUR NEW HARDWARE IS INSTALLED AND READY TO USE " i CANT GO ON ANY FURTHER AS IT DOES NOT GIVE ME ANY OTHER OPTIONs, ALSO I CANT FIND THE HARWARE ON MY COMPUTER.
