    New [UPDATE]SmartSIS 2.2.4 nonofficial whit TC support

    SmartSIS was the great tools to work with SIS-packages (symbian 9), it can pack and unpack SIS-packages & make the Python script into a complete application (with the icon in the menu). and change the capabilities and UID executable binary files.





    version 2.2.4 with the taiwan chinese support, and bug fixed:
    the package-name and the author-name with with chinese character support.
