Hi All technicians and managers

Could you please assist me, i am looking for software that can manage my workshop, more like when when i book in cellphones and fix them, work in progress and all that. This software should be able to retain a receipt after payment. I there a cracked software that can do this. How are the other cellphone managers and technicians doing it or managing?As well i need software that can help me sell my mobile content from a central server, then the other computers can be hooked in, but these do not have content, but feed from the server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
