Helpme Please....
I have Nokia N95, with the 21.0.016 firmware and product code 0539352 .

I've installed Nokia PC Suite and Nokia Software Updater. I connected with the USB cable and NSU cannot seem to detect my N95. Now, when I connect the device to PC Suite, I have to click the "Get Connected" button everytime, but afterwards, it will detect it and I can use the utilities in the PC Suite. However, when I click on Software Update, it loads NSU and when I get to the step of detecting my phone and then searching for my phone (“Identifying Connected Phone…”), I get a pop-up from NSU that says "Unable to Retrieve Phone Information" and then NSU fails to detect my phone.

I heard something that said PC Suite will interfere with NSU, so I tried to run NSU independently, and it STILL does not detect my N95. I am running PC Suite 7.082 and NSU 1.4.56. Also, my phone has the PC Suite app installed, and the USB Mode is set to PC Suite.

The product code should not be a problem since, according to the Nokia site, I should be able to upgrade my firmware to AT LEAST 30.

Has anyone encountered this problem or would know of any fix?
