Looking for professional schedule

Dear mates,

I've been working with my schedule for 12 months by using Calendar Wizard from MS. Word. For example if I wanna put any activities I need to use Text Box to draw on its then writing the text inside that Text box. But I feel it seem not professional schedule or in the right app.

Can you please give me some comments or appropriate app. that fit to my description??
