My sister in law has got a 50 inch Samsung plasma TV with an HDMI input.
She's also got a Panasonic HDC-SD9 camcorder, which can record in full HD (1920x1080).
I've been filming a bit and purchased a cable, so I could connect the camcorder to the HDMI input on the TV.
I expected to see crystal clear footage...but was rather disappointed.
It didn't look anything like I expected. Sure, the quality of the footage was OK, but not really what I expected from a full HD.
I filmed outside in the garden on a sunny day, so I can't blame bad light for this either.
Did I expect too much?
I'm no camcorder or TV wizz, but even I can see that this looks nothing like the full HD I normally see on TV.
